Terms and Conditions

  • Issuance of Holiday Vouchers
    Holiday vouchers will be issued to members on their registered email ID upon successful payment of the membership fees.

  • Holiday Stay Usage

    • Holiday stays can only be availed in the form of 2 nights at a time.

    • Each stay is entitled to 2 nights’ accommodation with breakfast for a couple and up to 2 children (below 5 years of age).

    • The stay is valid at designated Indian destinations/resorts/hotels provided by us, our travel/holiday partners, or as listed on www.indiaholidayclub.com.

  • Booking Process

    • A booking request must be submitted at least 30 working days in advance, along with 3 preferred dates and locations.

    • All room bookings are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

    • Once a booking is confirmed by the client and accepted by us/our partners, a reservation confirmation voucher will be issued.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation, applicable cancellation policies/charges will apply.

    • Holiday stays are not valid during peak periods such as:

      • Diwali (within 7 days of Diwali)

      • Christmas & New Year (17th December – 4th January)

  • Validity

    • Holiday stays and related benefits are valid for one year from the date of issuance.

    • No refunds, extensions, or carry-forward of benefits will be applicable if the same is not availed within the validity period.

  • Booking Guidelines

    • All booking requests/forms/vouchers must be submitted to us/our travel partners as per the process specified.

    • This plan is for budget holiday stays in decent 3-star equivalent hotels or resorts with standard facilities (e.g., air-conditioning, TV, hot water).

  • Charges

    • Breakfast charges are mandatory and payable at the time of booking:

      • ₹500 per person, per night for domestic stays in India

      • ₹1,250 per person, per night for international stays

  • Conversion Charges

    • Optional facility for International Holiday Stay:

      • Applicable only if the India Holiday Stay is availed and exhausted

      • If members have utilised and exhausted all their Domestic/India holiday stays, they can convert the international holiday stay into  India holiday stay by paying a one-time conversion fee of Rs 2000, and the balance international holiday stay will be converted to India holiday stay for the same duration and can be used as per the same terms and conditions. 

      • Additional expenses such as laundry, room service, or other personal services must be borne by the client and settled directly with the hotel/resort before checkout.

      • Members/clients are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Refund Policy

    • Any plan purchased/enrolled can be cancelled within 7 days of payment. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of a valid request.

    • After 7 days, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.

  • Jurisdiction

    • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.

  • Acknowledgement

    • By making payment, the client/member confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all features, benefits, and terms & conditions of the membership plan, including those stated above and any additional terms specified on the booking form/voucher or website.
